University of the South Pacific, Statham Street Campus - 2004 - 2005

Upon acquiring an existing institutional campus located at Suva Point, Fiji the University of the South Pacific turned to Rawlinsons to Project Manage the conversion of the facility to meet their needs.

In this capacity Rawlinsons lead the client through brief development, consultant engagement, construction tendering and eventually migration of end user faculties to their new facility.

Critical factors in this project have been extremely tight financial constraints and immovable milestone dates for occupancy.
