Telecom Fiji, Ganilau House Redevelopment - Current Commission - Development on Hold

RMS has been engaged by Telecom Fiji Ltd (TFL) to act as their representative in the $6 million redevelopment of the lower two levels of Ganilau House in the Suva CBD.  This will see the lower levels converted into retail and food court facilities with an international standard arcade design commensurate with the ideally located CBD location.

Services provided to date have included:

• Preparation of feasibility studies and models
• Tendering and negotiation of leasing agency agreement
• Advising on rental regime and tenancy leasing agreements
• Preparation of marketing plan and documentation
• Representing TFL at Project Control Group meetings
• Reporting to the TFL board through the Chief Operating Officer
