Telecom Fiji Operations Centre - Current Commission - Development on Hold

RMS has been engaged by Telecom Fiji Ltd (TFL) to act as their representative in the development of their new operations centre.  Their objective is to consolidate all of their existing departments, presently accommodated in disparate locations from Walu Bay to Ganilau House and the Post Office, into one purpose built property.

Services provided to date have included:

• Preparation of the building design brief involving the interviewing and needs assessments of 7 distinct departments
• Negotiation of MoU and Lease terms with the developer
• Representing TFL at Project Control Group meetings
• Reporting to the TFL board through the Chief Operating Officer
• Ultimately RMS’s services will also include the planning and management of the physical changeover between properties and the migration of TFL communications infrastructure.
