Sovi Bay Resort, Coral Coast Fiji - Current Commission

Rawlinsons has been entrusted with the project management of this $40 million 25 acre development that will see the development of a luxury 20 bure boutique resort, 72 room hotel and 31 residential beach front lots in the heart of the Coral Coast and on one of Fiji’s most dramatic shorelines.

• Defining the clients brief and conveying this to all project stakeholders
• Developing scopes and briefs for the retention and coordination of a diverse range of consultants in both New Zealand and Fiji such as: Coastal and Geotechnical Engineering, Architectural and Interior Designer, Building Services and Acoustic Engineering
• Facilitation with Government Ministries and Departments for all necessary regulatory project approvals including:
• Department of Town and Country Planning
• Ministry of Lands
• Department of Environment
• Ministry of Tourism
• Ministry for Commerce, Business, Development and Investment
• Ministry of Forestry
• Preparation of development budgets and cost planning
• Review of client prepared feasibility study
• Programming of project using critical path analysis
• Review and commentary on proposed lease agreements and operator commercial contracts
