Rawlinsons in its capacity as Owners Representative has been responsible for all aspects of managing the guest room refurbishment initiative.
This has included
- Feasibility analysis
- Designer evaluation and appointment
- Procurement and mock up room oversight
- Contract review
Works execution is programmed to take place following the 2011 high season from October through December.
