Rawlinsons in its capacity as Owners Representative has been responsible for all aspects of managing the guest room refurbishment initiative.

This has included

  • Feasibility analysis
  • Designer evaluation and appointment
  • Procurement and mock up room oversight
  • Contract review

Works execution is programmed to take place following the 2011 high season from October through December.
