Pleass Global Ltd – Integrated Development

RMS was appointed mid 2010 to the role of Project Manager for the integrated development of 424 acres located at Wainadoi, 30 minutes out of Suva.

The development master plan includes:

• 324 acres of low density residential development
• 50 acre forest reserve
• Tourist eco centre
• Adventure park ( www.kilaworld.com )
• Organic farm
• Water bottling factory

Development approvals have been secured and the water bottling factory (AquaSafe brand) has been tendered with commencement anticipated second quarter 2011.  The design brief particularly emphasised sustainability and environmental principals with a view to achieving LEED certification.
