Momi Bay Integrated Resort Development - 2001 - 2003

The first stage of this integrated resort project includes a 250 room resort, 50 keys being overwater construction, marina, conference facility an 18 hole golf course and residential precinct.

Rawlinsons involvement during the critical early phases focused on securing regulatory approvals from Government including NLTB and Crown Leases; construction cost estimating and design value management.

The project is now in the construction phase under the developers direct management.
