With the loss of the trademark and flagship store for the Morris Hedstrom (MH) retail chain to fire the opportunity presented itself for the parent company Carpenters to enhance their presence in this prime CBD location.

Construction is now complete on the first stage redevelopment of the site giving 11,000 m2 of retail and commercial space developed along with carparking and utility areas for $30 million.

Future stages shall see a 12 storey office tower development to further realise the potential of this inner city site.

Rawlinsons has been engaged to provide cost management services from the project inception.
