Ranjit Garments IT Change Managment - 2000

Ranjit Garments Ltd in an effort to streamline their operations, which encompasses 8 distinct departments and 900 staff, sought a review of their operating procedure and better utilization of IT resources.

The completion of this project necessitated:

• An assessment of all departmental operating protocols and procedures
• Critical analysis of procedures and best practice recommendation
• Oversight of development of integrated order management system with nodes in each department
• Roll out of software including additional hardware acquisition, user training and helpdesk operations during introductory period
• Monitoring of project implementation and effectiveness and reporting to company Directors
