Denarau Island has become the tourism hub of Fiji with the many resort developments on the island as well as being the gateway port to the Mamanuca and Yasawa island chains.

Rawlinsons was engaged to assist in the preparation of the investment statement documentation, the components of which lay the foundation for the development and structure of the operations on completion.

Rawlinsons was also involved in the financial modelling of the centre and in reporting on the financial status of the development through the construction phases.
