Denarau Beach Resort is Tabua Investments Ltd latest development for Denarau Island.

With 135 apartments being offered for sale to private investors and the development managed by a global hotel operator this project builds upon the success enjoyed with the Sheraton Villas.

The design was the subject of an international design competition with Rawlinsons being engaged to evaluate each design proposal against the client brief as well as provide a detailed commentary upon planning, cost and buildability factors.
